Gorgeous Vintage 1940's-1950's Crystal Dangly Drop Earrings!!

Add a dash of Deco Glitz to that great new dress!  These earrings go with Everything!

Up for your consideration are these glitzy Deco Earrings, and aren't they just Fabulous?  These are very old--possibly even 1940's vintage judging by their pot metal-like construction.  All of these stones are original crystal stones, and they still have most of the glitter and shine they were meant to have when they were made.  Unfortunately these earrings aren't signed, but let me assure you that someone missed out by not putting their name on these classic beauties!

These are screwback earrings as you can see by the photo's below.  Each earring consists of three chatons and a one square stone base, then a connector, and then an additional dangle with nine more chatons and two more square crystals.  All of the stones are prong-set with the chatons being set in cups, and the square crystals in open back "frames."  I will have to get back to you on the exact measurements as I don't have them right at this moment--I was so excited to find them I had to get them up right away!  If I had to take a guess, I'd say that they are about 1/2" wide and about 1 3/4" long...very respectable!

Condition:  I would judge these earrings to be in VERY GOOD Vintage Condition, especially considering their age and how abused earrings tend to get.  There is some wear to the finish on the back as you can see in the below photo's, but keep in mind that these were made of a pot metal type material (I'm not familiar with this metal)--not rhodium, which was the metal that gave the great pieces of the late 50's-present their great ultra sheen and indestructible nature.  The stones are just starting to show their age with a slight yellowing (more so in the square stones than the rounds), but it's not very noticeable when worn.
