Really Fun Donkey Pin With Clear Pave Set Rounds
and Baguettes!
Isn't he just wonderful?? What a perfect accessory
for that special Democrat in your life, especially with election season
coming up (but then, when isn't it election season?)
I don't think he's terribly vintage, but he's most likely from the 70's.
This little guy measures x" x x", and is just chock full
of sparkly pave set round rhinestones and finished in Silver-tone
Rhodium. There are no signatures to be found on this piece, which
is a darned shame, because it is a quality piece that some designer
should have put his or her name on. I have a sneaking feeling that
this is an unsigned Kenneth J Lane pin, as the construction is of the
same quality as some other pins by KJL that I have seen in the past.
The back side shows solid rhodium plate, with minimal
finish wear. The pin assembly is built into the pin, so it's very
sturdy and not likely to break easily. The pin is nice and
straight.
My apologies for the lighting on this pin. It
makes the rhinestones look a little yellow. I assure you that they
are not, but all are clear and sparkly.
Condition: This pin is in VERY GOOD vintage
condition.
