General Statement of Principles

The Discerning Blonde Vintage Costume Jewelry Shoppe (hereafter referred to as "the company") and it's subsidiary antiques and collectible sales pages will not EVER give your personal information out to anyone, for any reason, without express consent of the customer in question.  Our mailing list is specifically our own for the purpose of promotion of new items in our store, and your email addresses will never be sold or given out to any third party. 

Personal Information Collected

:"The Company" collects information given to us  from Paypal Inc--specifically, our customers home address and phone number, for the reasons of shipping only.  What little information we retain is kept on our computers under the protection of the latest antivirus and security software.  No financial information is to be exchanged between the company and the customer, unless agreed upon by both parties prior to divulgence of said information.  In a case where that situation would arise, the company will use information obtained from the customer only for the agreed upon use, and then the information will be deleted from our databases, and any hardcopy information destroyed after 30 days.

The financial information of our customers is most generally kept securely at the offices of Paypal Inc, a subsidiary of EBay, and is not privy to The Discerning Blonde, it's owner, or any of it's staff.  Again, we do not have on hand or keep any of your financial information at our location.

Statistical Data

The company views statistical data in the form of IP addresses via our hit counter (hosted by Brave.net) to determine the coverage of our advertising, and also to determine if and when it is time to advertise and what areas to direct our advertising toward.  This information is not filed or compiled by the company, but simply viewed at the host site.  No statistical data is kept by The Discerning Blonde Vintage Costume Jewelry Shoppe.  We do not use cookies of any sort to track you or for any other reason.
